Trackchat was forged through an evolutionary journey of online services by our founder and seeing first hand, the need for sports clubs to embrace the digital world our athletes are now in.

At Trackchat our aim is to help athletes and their clubs come together and get the best out of a digital world, and have fun doing so!
Trackchat isn't about recording your every thought and movement in life and sharing with the world. It isn't about maintaining an online timeline of your very existence. These services are great in their own right.
The concept of Trackchat is simple and defined by its name; Track and Chat:
- Track: Helping clubs manage their club administration duties and online presence as well as providing tools for tracking the safeguarding of everyone within the club.
- Chat: Being able to contribute photos, videos, stories, news and quips safely and share within communities. Maybe you write a news article about your latest sporting achievement, or just want to share a joke with your friends and clubmates. You post your chat to your Trackchat feed, then share with your friends, family, club and followers.
For sports clubs, Trackchat offers a community for your members to share stories, photos, video clips, quips and news. There's also club tools available to help with safeguarding and information analytics.

Meet our Founder
Steve Chalmers - Founder
See a need, fill a need. The inspiration for Trackchat is taken directly from seeing a need at grassroots level sports clubs, to filling that need in the simplest way possible. With over 40 years professional experience within Information Technology, Software Engineering and Digital transformations, the use of technology, where applicable, to simplify the needs of grassroots level clubs became the foundation of Trackchat.
With over 15 years experience in educational governship and 5 years experience chairing grassroots level Athletics, the desparate needs for simplification of club management, effective safeguarding tools and easy mediums to communicate with a club community became evident.
A firm believer in simplification and embracing technology for the good, I'm proud of Trackchat and what it offers. It's an evolving journey for grassroots & the more established clubs.
